How is the shipping cost from China calculated?

Freight is charged on chargeable weight: we compare the actual gross weight with the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ the channel's dimensional divisor) and bill on whichever is greater. Air freight and sea LCL are usually billed on weight or volume (CBM), whichever is greater; each quote card shows its chargeable weight and cost breakdown.

What fees are included in an online quote?

Quotes include base freight and the common surcharges configured in our system (such as fuel and remote-area surcharges). Customs duties and destination taxes depend on the channel's DDP/DAP terms, which you can review in the quote details; the final amount is confirmed at order time.

How is pallet or wooden-crate cargo priced?

When pallet/crate is selected, we query channel prices at parcel (WPX) rates so you still see available channels and reference rates; crating and irregular-packaging surcharges are confirmed with an advisor before ordering — you can reach one directly below the results.

How long is a quote valid?

Channel prices move with fuel rates, exchange rates and line-haul capacity, so online quotes are reference-only and typically valid for about 3 days; the system recalculates at current rates when you place the order.
