What we offer
SZX Express is engaged in cross-border logistics coordination in China. We will collect cargo information, compare available routes, receive the goods at the Shenzhen warehouse, prepare for shipment, and hand over the goods to the carrier or freight partner.
We are not an airline, shipping company, terminal delivery company, customs agency or platform seller. Some services are completed by carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, payment service providers and destination country partners.

- Air, sea and dedicated options are available when available.
- Shenzhen warehouse provides assistance with receiving, checking, packing, reinforcing, labeling and handover.
No. 3
Quotes and Fees
The quotation is based on the information you provide, including destination, product name, weight, size, quantity, declared value and service requirements. Warehouse measurements, carrier billing, customs clearance review, fuel surcharges or route changes may all cause the final cost to be adjusted.
The quotation is a reference before confirmation and does not equal the final bill. The final amount payable is subject to the confirmed route, actual measured data, carrier or agent fees, taxes, warehousing, handling fees, and additional services that you confirm or the goods must produce.
No. 4
Your cargo information
You need to provide true, complete, and timely cargo information, including product name, material, purpose, quantity, value, brand status, battery or liquid status, and documents required for export or import.
Information errors or omissions may result in quote changes, delays, inspections, returns, destruction, fines, customs clearance issues or additional charges.
- Do not conceal restricted goods, hazardous goods, counterfeit goods, brand goods, batteries, liquids, powders, food contact, medical or regulated goods.
- Do not ask us to alter product names, values, HS codes, or documentation in a false or misleading manner.

No. 5
Restricted and Rejected Goods
If the goods are embargoed, restricted, unsafe, falsely declared, suspected of infringement, or the selected route is unacceptable, we may refuse, suspend, return or cancel the service.
If the carrier, warehouse, customs broker, customs or destination country partner rejects the goods, we will explain the reasons and optional processing methods to the extent we can confirm.

- Dangerous goods or restricted goods that have not been reviewed and confirmed to be transportable in advance.

No. 6
Service changes and delays
Shipping time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, customs inspections, changes in flight or shipping schedules, peak seasons, port congestion, address issues, recipient delays and carrier operations may all affect delivery.
If a route is unavailable or clearly unsuitable, we may suggest an alternative route, request additional information, or suspend processing until you confirm.
No. 7
Loss, Damage and Liability
